NORMS FOR PARENTS


  • Parents or guardian are requested to co-Operate with the school authorities in maintaining discipline, inculcating diligence, upright behavior and courtesy.
  • Parents who seek information regarding their child's progress should do so through the Head of the school and not the Class Teacher.
  • Parents or guardian are not allowed to see their children or meet the class teacher during school ours without the permission of the Principal.
  • Parents or guardian are not allowed to wait near the classrooms or the verandah during class hours.
  • Parents are expected to co-operate in the working of the school be enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in the child's progress. They are specially requested to read the rules carefully and ensure that they are strictly followed.
  • Parents are requested to sign the term report, late attendance record, absence record, home study record and notes to parents, which are sent by teachers to them through the handbook.
  • The Parents are advised not to encourage leave of absence for their ward to attend weddings (other than blood relatives) and other routine or religious functions at home. If the ward is sick during the time of any examination, intimation should reach the school office on the day of the ward's absence.
  • The parents are asked to equip their wards appropriately with uniform requirements and other required stationery and accessories.
  • Parents should ensure that their ward attends school on the reopening dates.
  • A record of the address of the parent/guardians is maintained in the school office. Any change in address should be communicated without any delay.
  • Parents are expected to meet the Principal only during the working hours and particularly during the days and timings specifies for an interview.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campus including the school office and reception.
  • Parents should be satisfied with the curriculum followed and facilities available at the school. Once they admit their ward, it is understood that they are satisfied with the general rules and the facilities available at the school
  • Rules and regulations and other norms mentioned in the prospectus are formed keeping in mind, the general requirements institution. It will not be altered at the request of any individual student or parent or group of students/parents.

RULES FOR STUDENTS


  • Damage caused to building, furniture, library books, sports goods, etc., must be paid for, at the discretion of the Principal/Vice Principal.
  • Pupils are advised not to bring any valuable articles to the school. The School will not be responsible for the loss of pupil’s belongings.
  • Pupils are responsible for their own books, fountain pens, tiffin carriers, or any other articles, While every effort is made by the school to reduce the loss of such articles, the ultimate responsibility rests with the children themselves.
  • Students suffering from contagious/infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend school.
  • Private tuition will be allowed in the school if it is necessary.
  • Any serious breach of discipline and above all, disrespect and disobedience to a member of the school staff outside or inside the school premises will be treated seriously.
  • Regular late-coming, frequent absence, negligence in wearing uniform, carelessness in studies will be viewed seriously.
  • Every student must bring the handbook to school regularly.
  • Students are instructed to be clean and tidy in their dress, books and belongings.
  • No book (other than library books and class books), newspaper or periodical should be brought to school without the consent of the school authorities.
  • Pupils are expected to take part in all extra-curricular activities of the school and no one will be exempted, except for valid reasons.
  • No student will be exempted from physical exercises and games without a medical certificate.
  • All the students should converse only in English in the school premises to acquire greater skills in the use of the language.
  • The boys should come to school with hair property cut. No boy with long hair will be allowed to attend the class.
  • Pupils who bring lunch to school, should bring with them spoon, napkin & hand towel and use the same to avoid making the class room dirty.
  • Good table manners should be followed during lunch time avoiding spilling and wasting.
  • Though the school takes care to supply clean drinking water, it is advisable to carry clean drinking water bottles from hone for self-use.
  • Students are prohibited from eating or chewing any eatable during the school hours.
  • Physical violence with other classmates/schoolmates inside or outside the campus will not be tolerated.
  • Photo attestation of our bonafide students will executed by the Principal only when the photos is taken in school uniform and not in civil dress.

GENERAL RULES / DISCIPLINARY POLICIES IN SCHOOL


  • Damage done to buildings, furnitures, library books, laboratories, computers, sports goods etc., will be viewed seriously. Such losses should be paid for at the discretion of Correspondent/Principal.
  • Pupils are responsible for their own books, fountain pens, pencils, geometry boxes, exercise / homework note books or any other articles. While every effort is made by the school to reduce loss of such articles, the ultimate responsibility rests with the students themselves.
  • Students suffering from contagious / infectious disease will not be permitted to attend school.
  • Remedial classes will be compulsory entertained in the school for the slow learners.
  • Any serious breach of discipline and above all disrespect and disobedience to the members of the school staff-Teaching or Non-Teaching – inside or outside the school premises will be treated seriously.
  • Students are not allowed to give gifts to the teachers.
  • Regular late reporting, frequent absence, negligence in wearing uniforms, carelessness in studies will be viewed seriously.
  • Evert student should bring the Students' Hand Book to School daily
  • Students are expected to be clean and tidy in their person, dress, books and all other belongings.
  • No other books (other than class text books, C. W / H. W notebooks and library books) news papers, periodicals, journals should be brought to school.
  • All the relevant text books that are brought to school should be properly covered with Brown Wrapper and Labeled (School Label should be used).
  • Students are expected to take part in all the extra-curricular of the school and no one will be exempted.
  • No students will be exempted form Physical Exercise, Sports and Games without the Medical certificate from doctor.
  • All the students should converse only in English in the School .
  • Student should attend school with their hair properly cut. Boys with long hair will not be allowed to attend class.
  • Students are prohibited from eating or chewing any eatables during school hours either at classroom, library, laboratories, halls and play ground.
  • Physical violence with other classmates / schoolmates inside the campus will not be condoned.
  • Writing on walls will be considered as an offence and an act of cowardice. Students face suspension / specific cases will be dismissed.
  • Every boy/girl is expected to keep up the high tone of the school be excelling in respect for the obedience to parents, elders and members of the staff, in good manner and in cleanliness etc.. both inside and outside the school.
  • When a teacher enters the classroom, the student shall standup and shall remain standing till the teacher tells them to sit. They should respectfully salute the teacher of the school when they enter or leave the classroom and whenever they meet them outside the school.
